Quotes & Project Analysis:

Our quotes are valid for 14 days. Quotes are based on an educated guess and are not always 100% accurate, however when recieving a quote you will also be given a max amount, meaning your cost will not exceed 'X" amount. Prior to the commencement of work, all projects will be fully layed out and all details will be discussed with you. You will also be provided with a quote at that time. All sites designed and developed by Davanda-Designs can be maintained by Davanda- Designs webmasters or you. You will need knowledge on using an FTP client and html editing to maintain your website on your own. If you decide to leave the maintinence of your web site to our staff.

Fees:

Initial deposit is required before work on the web project begins. We require a  deposit. For clients who are not utilizing our payment plan option, the balance is to be paid on completion and acceptance by the client and prior to making the website accessible to the public.

For clients utilizing our payment plans the terms will be discussed. We are  flexible and will come up with a payment plan that fits your budget.

Return/Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds on completed materials, once the work has be delivered there is no way to insure it will not be used, therefore there is no refund granted.
