When clicking an email program does not open the email you use.

 

The default email program you use when online is set by your browser. What often happens is you click an email address and outlook opens up...

 

To fix this you have to tell your browser which program to use.

 

You can do 1 of 2 things.

1. With your browser open, look for the menu or settings to find the tools tab, click internet options, click default programs, under the email tab choose your program, hit ok or apply.

 

2. On your computer, click start, control panel, internet options you can access your default programs and choose your default program for email. Click ok or apply.
